Stainless steel freezer belt assembly and welding machine
Machine automatically compresses wire mesh on the support rods, assembles the tension
links onto the rods, assembles the side plates onto the rods and positions each rod and
link assembly before automatically welding freezer belt. This stainless steel belt for the
food service industry is used in Frigoscandia conveyors.
Average freezer belt length is 1000 ft. to over 5000 ft. in length and requires 32 welds
per foot.
